Rate
My current rate for a 60-minute individual therapy session is $185. Sessions longer than 60 minutes will be pro-rated. I hold a limited amount of openings for clients in need of a sliding scale. Cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. I accept major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA debit cards.
Insurance
I am considered an out-of-network (OON) provider and do not accept insurance. Upon your request, I will provide you with a “Superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You are responsible for communicating with your insurance company and understanding your plan's benefits and limitations.
